The Computer Commons, located on the first floor of the East Building, is a computer lab available to the public. There are fifteen computers available for an hour use and three Quick Access computers available for 15 minute use.
If you would like to use a computer, you will need to have a Jefferson County Library Card. If you do not have one, you can obtain a free library card by visiting our Circulation Department located on the first floor of the East Building. You must have a current and valid identification card when you apply.
We ask that patrons read the Birmingham Public Library Computer Use Guidelines and the Internet Policy.

Monday – Saturday: 9:00AM to 5:45PM
Sunday: Closed
